Yes. In many cases, a TN change of employer can be completed without leaving the United States, depending on timing, documentation, and the specific situation.

If you recently stopped working and are still within the allowed grace period, you may still be eligible to proceed from within the U.S. In other cases, starting the
process from Mexico or Canada may be required.
