How long have you worked at the company?

I have worked for almost 5 years for the Farmer companies.

What is your job title? In one sentence describe what your job entails.

Currently, my title is Client Success Coordinator. My goal is to ensure a positive client experience and foster healthy long-term relationships to see our clients succeed.

What do you like doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 young children. When it’s not 100 degrees, we usually visit local parks and go on runs.

Are you currently binge-watching any shows?

No, but I’m looking forward to Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, the Final Season.

What is your favorite song and why?

I Can’t Help Falling in Love by Elvis Presley. This song is special because it was playing while I read my wedding vows.

What is one thing that not many people know about you?

After high school, I wanted to pursue a music degree and start or join a band. I have played various instruments since I was a kid and I started creating music in middle school with my Yamaha keyboard. I had this dream of being a famous musician, playing shows, and being on tour across the world.

What motivates you to get up and come to work?

It’s very cliché, but it’s the truth. My kids and my wife are my drivers and everything I do is for them.

What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?

One of the best career lessons I have learned so far is learning how to speak up. It is important to learn how to voice your opinions, wants, and ideas because no one is a mind reader.

How do you ensure open communication with clients and colleagues on a regular basis? What strategies or approaches do you find effective in fostering transparent communication?

You have to show that you care, create a sense of trust, and listen. One strategy I find effective is to encourage others to share their opinion and just listen.

As you teach new team members, how do you incorporate open communication and knowledge sharing? Can you provide an example of how you helped a new team member understand and excel in their role?

It is important to let new team members know that you are available to help and train, so they feel confident in communicating their questions and concerns. Recently, I helped a new team member understand a letter of justification by creating an outline and thoroughly explaining each section to ensure proper understanding, with the opportunity to ask questions at each section.

How do you actively seek opportunities for personal growth and the development of wisdom in your professional journey? Can you describe a specific instance where you pursued learning or self-improvement to enhance your expertise?

I have to listen carefully and ask questions. Whether it’s for personal or professional growth, it Is important to ask questions and seek answers. This way you’ll be able to learn new information and skills, which become part of your toolbox that you take with you everywhere you go. Recently, I had some questions about specific visa processes, and I spent a good amount of time reading the Code of Federal Regulations, so I confirm and find answers to my questions.
